Let me first say that a few weeks ago I responded to a post on this site and said that while their service was great, I had a problem with a mattress that I bought 3.5 years ago. Immediately Jack reached out to me and asked about my problem. He arranged to have my mattress picked up a few days later to get rebuilt. It was returned one week later as good as new.
