Karla, our sales representative was awesome!!! Julio Cervantes, arrogant, disrespectful, treated us horribly, and even told me to leave and to never come back!! He made a mistake on a vehicle that didn't have the interior I wanted and wanted me to pay for the shipping! Then after pulling my credit and me signing most of the papers I realized he was trying to make up for the shipping of the other vehicle by not giving me a discount for settling for a vehicle in the lot and got nasty and told me to leave!! My experience at this dealership is always AMAZING. Juilo the manager and Karla my sales rep are truly great people to work with. Karla took her time with me each and everytime I went in. Wasted my time, poor customer service and didn't care about fixing a problem they messed up on.
