This is the second vehicle I purchase from FOX Toyota/ FOX Lexus. I purchased my 2019 Lexus and all I can say is WOW!!! From sales, financing, to the delivery of my vehicle has been nothing short of excellent. Crystal my delivery specialist was awesome and patient. She took as much time as needed to show me all the features my vehicle has and she answered all my questions. FOX Lexus has a life long customer. Thank you for everything.
Horrible service staff... took In my vehicle to get some warranty repairs done and now having to take it back to be done right. Also ladies up front have zero car knowledge set with both cindy and Ashley and I’m afraid to say the best thing the service departments had was ROgEr. I hate to put people on blast but I never been treated horrible here till recently
Horrible 3.5 hour wait for a tire change and I had an appointment, keep in mind they took so long I didn’t have time to let them wash my car.

Had a recall done last year, car down 4 hours, no loaner. This week tried to order body guards, parts would not order over phone because they don't trust credit cards over $100. Called parts mgr he ordered. Scheduled service to install and was there an hour before they said I was there on the wrong day, NOT. Service tech had 6 bottles of booze on his desk, offered me Kalua for my coffee. Idiot. This dealer is no way near the standard of Lexus. I've owned Lexus cars for 20 years.
