I was helped immediately as soon as I stepped into the showroom, by Tony Cosic, who took me through the entire process of purchasing a new vehicle, made it easy, was very approachable, friendly and professional. This is the 3rd vehicle I've purchased from Fox and the second Kia, their location is convenient and always professional
The service center is a joke. The technicians go home at 5pm during weekdays and the service center is only open for pil changes on Saturday. No one answers the phone and no one calls you back.
Great service from Daryll, got us in the car we wanted at the price we were comfortable with!
Mason did an excellent job helping me find the car I wanted. He even brought me to another dealer to test drive a car he didn’t have. Ultimately I chose one from his lot and he couldn’t have been more helpful and professional. I felt like an honored guest at Fox Kia and would definitely recommend going there for your next car.
