Update: 8/21/25 9 weeks and it is done! Who can go 9 weeks without a vehicle? 9 weeks ago someone could have looked at this car, diagnosed the engine problem, opened a case under the warranty and a rental car could have been used. But noooooo! That would take thinking, and this dealership certainly lacks that. Thankfully this ordeal is done for now. New engine people! Like I said before do not buy a Kia! Lee was absolutely AMAZING. He was very knowledgeable and helped us in so many ways. He made the experience so easy and pleasant. Highly recommend this dealership go in and ask for Lee he loves what he does and is an overall sweet guy 10/10
Called before they closed to schedule service and they told me the department was closed. Would not recommend a place that won't take calls while they are still open.
Go ask for Tony. Cut through the car salesmen approach, skip the bs, get in the perfect car. That was my experience. He worked past every hiccup I threw at him. Got us the best car, the best deal. And when time comes for a new car I’ll be back with him. It’s so easy if you don’t over complicate it!
Went here for our 2026 Kia and couldn’t be happier! Joe was great and was very knowledgeable and kind! We LOVE our new carnival!
