The pre-owned team at Fox Kia South was kind, knowledgeable and quick. So happy we made the drive to work with them.
Please people do not buy a car from Fox Kia!!!!! They are the worst when it comes to service. They will gladly take your money if you want to buy a car but try getting your car serviced they suck! My son-laws car has sat for 5 weeks and they have not gotten to even look at it! Either Kia’s are junk cars, no service personnel to work on them or they are not in a hurry to work on them if it is under warranty. My experience with Kia South in Grand Rapids was frustrating and costly. I spent over $12,000 on what I was told was a brand-new motor for my 2021 Kia Telluride, only to learn it was a remanufactured motor, and they didn’t replace the entire motor as claimed. The service advisor refused to call me, insisting on texting despite my requests for phone communication, which felt dismissive.
