Still in the preliminary stages of trying to sort this out, but long story short, I brought my low-mileage Jeep Wrangler (purchased at Gator) in for service, check engine light was on and engine was running rough. So, $1800 and five trips later, Jeep still had check engine light and was still running rough. Was told to "drive it and it would clear up." Recently when driving through Conway, Arkansas, the water in fuel light came on the dash of my 2026 Dodge ram. I had one day to kill so I decided to make an appointment at this dealership. Everything that I had read in the meantime, referred to a simple task. That task was to drain the fuel filters. When I got to the dealership I was quoted $1600 for the job. Avoid this service dept like the plague. I have a 2018 jeep grand Cherokee I just got last year it was 20k & it was paid for in cash so itâs 100% mine. Iâve had zero problems in the year Iâve had it. It has 90k miles. I have had one bad experience after another with Dodge dealership. I have gotten rid of the truck I bought 8 months ago from them. The last 2 straws was..
