This place really sucks. The landlord is very rude and doesn t know how speak to people. Have pay an extra 75 a month for a pet even if you give it away because her precious carpets have now been ruined. Serious ant problem now that it hot out and i have needed several things fixed since I moved in only a few months ago and it takes for ever to get in touch with someone. Do dont come live here extremely overpriced.

Overpriced, plus you have to pay \$75 extra to have pets. I had a bad ant problem plus my dishwasher was always leaking despite them fixing it twice. They also cheated me out of money by requiring me to pay last month s rent when I moved in which they did not give back to me even though I moved in the middle of the month and gave them 30 days notice as required in the lease. Look elsewhere.
Where should I start? The service is horrible, the owners dont care, you have to persistently stay on them to get anything done, and their attitudes are extremely negative and snobbish.I called 3 times in a matter of one week to get pricing and availability on a one bedroom apartment for my fiancee and myself.
