Brad Stumbo was fantastic in walking us through the land acquisition process. He was very prompt in getting us a quote and getting the land surveyed. He set reasonable expectations on the timeline and how long it will take to deal with the city and county. He also quickly responded to questions. The surveyor who came on site was also friendly. He met with us briefly before he started the survey. If you need land surveyed, strongly consider Strand Associates.
