Brad Stumbo was fantastic in walking us through the land acquisition process. He was very prompt in getting us a quote and getting the land surveyed. He set reasonable expectations on the timeline and how long it will take to deal with the city and county. He also quickly responded to questions. The surveyor who came on site was also friendly. He met with us briefly before he started the survey. If you need land surveyed, strongly consider Strand Associates.

The head of survey, Seth Polich, sends his crew out to his own private under the table jobs during working hours with company equipment, and then has the crew bill it back to company as office hours.

What a joke of an organization. This company regularly and openly violates its employee safety and wellbeing. This company took a giant PPE Govt loan at the beginning of Covid, and used ZERO percent of that money to pay for safety equipment for their employees, the owners just lined their own pockets. They fired anyone who complained about their safety as well. Avoid this garbage group of people at all costs. These people are all WORTHLESS trash.
