Best Rental option in Salinas for the value, the amenities and the service I've lived at 5 different apartment complexes in Salinas and this by far is the quietest, well managed and best floor plan that I've experienced in the last 18 years. I love living here and refer all my friends and family as well. Excellent customer service. And I feel safe living here.
