DO NOT RENT HERE. So me and my wife rented apartment, and we pay about $1700+ a month After a year we called office to tell them we had no hot water and could they please come and fix. Maintenance came out and said nothing was wrong. Next day call them back while I am there and now they say there is a problem. They change the hot water heater and still no hot water.
