Customer service alone in the collision center was extremely poor. They did previous work on a car of mine and it was a great experience. As a result I returned when someone put some dents in my new car with a shopping cart. I stopped in just like the time before to get an estimate. I entered, three people sitting there, refused to provide an estimate and told me to come back next week "anytime after Tuesday" for the estimate.
