Chad Derby was great to work with great customer service in parts department as well
My experience at Fox Chevrolet was wonderful. I explained what my car was doing and their service writer John C. seamlessly worked with our warranty company. Everything was fixed and our car feels like it’s running on a cloud when driving. We’ve been using Fox Chevrolet for over a decade and they never disappoint.

Service was handled promptly with great communication before & during service
I made an appointment to have 3 tire pressure sensors replaced. Fox replaced one about a month and a half ago. I had another one go bad so I figured to replace the other 3. So they pulled my car in to replace 3 sensors. About 20 minutes later I received a text message saying they only have 2 sensors so they are sending someone to another dealership to pick one up.
