I’ve lived here for three years and can say it has been a truly positive experience. The building is cleaned regularly, sprayed for bugs, and in a safe neighborhood. The staff is professional and respectful. The manager answers promptly and I’ve never had an issue not get resolved that day. Maintenence is fast and effective and has even helped me after business hours when I locked myself out of my apartment. The location is wonderful, there is parking, and I feel safe having kids. 10/10 recommend

Took time from work to come over for a tour and no one was there. I reached out for assistance once I arrived and did not receive a response. I’ve been in contact with YY Friedman. This is a HUGE red flag.
