One could not ask for better customer service than what is provided by Robin Kleck (sp?) at Fox on Alpine. Friendly, goes out of her way to give what you need, goes out of her way to give you what you didn't know you needed!! I never speak to anyone else!

The salesman, Dominic, is an absolute delight. He has everything you'd want in your dealer, from a kind smile and voice to knowledge and speedy resolutions. My husband and I have had the pleasure of bumping into him around town and his demeanor in public is equally appealing. The "Quick Oil Change Bays" are filled with other vehicles getting decals? Pulled in and was told it would be over an hour. Getting very frustrated driving from Kent City for a two hour oil change. Going to have to switch our service, puchasing to another business. :(
