Had an excellent experience today with Robin Kleck. Drove a long distance to bring in my daughter's college car, fully expecting a transmission issue. Robin was very friendly, understood my distance and time constraint issues, and made sure I knew what was going to happen and the timeframe. Added benefit was I did not have to replace a transmission and instead had a very minor cost repair and then we were on our way.
