Best customer service at the service center. Mike has been so patient and kind. My equinox has been a nightmare with finding the mechanical problem and the fact that they always stand behind their work. Next time i buy a car it will definitly be woth you guys. Thank you!

I don't know squat about vehicles, nor the financing behind it. Paul Bernard and Sarah Clift both made me feel totally at ease right from the beginning. Paul helped me set up my OnStar trial and showed me how to work all of the gadgets on my new Encore. After a tour of the dealership, I truly feel like part of the Buick GMC family. And ... free cookies!
I had a great service experience. Came in without an appointment and was promptly taken care of. Met with Service Manager Tommy briefly and was pleased with his department.
