Great experience, and he saved me money on parts!
No good communication, you have to go get the parts then when you drop everything to get them and show up with the parts she won’t answer the door because “she's making dinner” and he’s out running errands. Also not a complete repair. My breaks half worked for all of 10 minutes and went out again. Also said they used a scan tool to bleed the master cylinder. I may work on semis and tractors and such but I know you don't use a scan tool to bleed brakes.
Joel & Sarah are great people to work with . I had my older Lexus LS worked on recently. They did a great job finding the problem and fixing it at half the cost a dealership would charge. I will definitely try using their service whenever I need it.
