Deanna makes this place for me, she has taken the time to explain to this ole lady and given me good advice. They are professionals so the price is not that of a shop on the street, however, when they fix it! its fixed. so i don't mind paying a few $20's more well worth it. I have not had a bad experience there in over 5 yrs. Big shout out to Deanna as i said.

Purchased two vehicles from them. I couldn't be happier with the sales team and the process of it all!
These people are crooked. Went there for oil change they drop my vehicle off the lift. Damage the running boards creased the rockets on both sides. After that they were going to make me pay for a rental. They did repair there own screw up no cost to me, but the body work looks teriable. Tried to trade in vehicle after being unsatisfied. Told me that he wasn't going to trade vehicles. WORST SERVICE EVER. Now I have a 2012 polished turd. Thanks Fox Auto for making a simple oil change turn into all of this.

Just wanted to tell all of you what a great host Pete The Deal Hound is! I stopped by the service department today for an oil change and as I walked past the showroom, I was greeted by none other than Pete! We said our hellos and I pat him on the head a time or two at which time he escorted me to the waiting room! He waited until I was comfortably seated and then proceeded on his way to greet other customers. Pete is a fine example of what true customer service is all about!!!
