Bought a Chevy from Crooks I mean Fox... This place is terrible. Not only did I fall victim of over paying. The truck I bought kept having all kind of issues as soon as I bought it. Fox wouldn't and couldn't fix the issues and after less than 100 miles and one day.. Terrible place to buy a vehicle. Bought a truck that broke down within 48 hrs and then 5 times after all electrical issues. Was told it was my problem that I got a truck with issues. After 4 months of still not knowing what was causing the truck to die with no electric they offered to buy it back from me for 6 k under what I got it for. Wanted to charge me full price for a even trade. I will honestly say Patty and Gene over there are good people but everyone else is a crook.
Absolutely top notch in my eyes! Everyone is friendly, including Pete the Deal Hound. They take the time to show you how to use your new vehicle and explain everything in great detail. I very much appreciated that! My salesman, Shawn, was great! I have referred all my friends and family due to my positive experience. So go ahead, see for yourself. You will be treated with great respect!
