RDX Basic Service I like the chart/form with the oil change that shows the condition of most of the systems of the car - tires, brakes, suspension, etc. That's very helpful in knowing what to expect and plan for in the future.
Efficient and professionally done service. Service Coordinator Ray Mayo knew what service items were appropriate and had the paperwork all ready when I got there. He estimated 2 hours or less and that proved correct. Did not do a hard sell on unneeded service.
