As a clinician, I am extremely disappointed that there is such a rule written in the company that do not permit the release of the report of my patient that is under my care, if I am not the requesting doctor. My poor secretary wasted her time running around trying to get the report urgently. The service might be good to the patients, but very poor in my books to the clinician(s) involved. Please do something!

Very helpful staff and wasn't waiting for very long at all
Great customer facing staff but still waiting on results after two weeks. My doctor called them after 12 days and was told the report was not ready. She asked for them to be done urgently as we have been waiting for nearly two weeks. She was told they would come through today. Scheduled a video call for today and they were still not ready as no staff available. I Called and was instantly put on hold for 15 minutes .Tried again later in the day and had the same thing. I would never go to any other radiology business, especially jones partners, because Fowler Simmons have always treated me with respect and patience when I've needed to ask questions no matter how strange they seem. Thank you to the beautiful customer service team, Sue and Dr Tom. Edit: sad to hear Matthew reception has gone. But the girls are always beautiful and pleasant.
