Reception staff rude. Blonde girl with glasses was pleasant. The rest on their phones at times and loudly discussing personal topics, telling patients to please wait while distracted by their own conversations. Not welcoming or pleasant, especially young brown haired girl. Older lady called out someone’s name and he didn’t hear her, she responded very rudely to these two men who then apologised that they didn’t hear. Get better reception staff.
Brilliant staff, both admin and medical. Have consistently received the best customer service and treatment across three blocks of visits. Extremely highly recommended.
Fowler Simmons is amazing radiology place. The staff are caring and always very professional and friendly. Thank you for taking care of me.
