Avoid these scammers at all cost. Multiple instances where they recommend to replace thing we did not need. Just had brakes in back replaced last year and they just told us we need new ones again. Had an old mechanic look said they were good. Took it a brake place and they said the same. Also did the same about an alignment which was not true. I had to take my car in for regular EV service and some recall issues. The technicians knew what they were doing and did it quickly. That is not a given at a service center, particularly with EVs. I only recently moved to the area. My previous service center had no clue. I've also had other mechanic shops/service centers talk down to me because I'm a woman. The team at Fowler Kia of Windsor is great to work with. I love the ability to schedule online. When I got there, they got me right in. I'm not a huge fan of the upsell when you come in for service but every dealer does it. The guest waiting area has a few seats and a play space for kids. The coffee bar is decent with an espresso machine which is nice. There's wifi while you wait. The service advisor Angelica Duran was very thorough, and called me for constant updates. I always appreciate good customer service and will be returning for future service. I would highly recommend contacting this service location and asking for Angelica.
