Schedule an appointment at 7am when they first open and an hour and 30 mins later still waiting for my car to be finished. Update : 2 hours and 40 mins and my car is finally done with an oil change…..
I only needed an 8k mile checkup on a new EV6 and they were quick but with a thorough video inspection and tire rotation. No pressure to upsell anything, very much appreciated these days.
Avoid these scammers at all cost. Multiple instances where they recommend to replace thing we did not need. Just had brakes in back replaced last year and they just told us we need new ones again. Had an old mechanic look said they were good. Took it a brake place and they said the same. Also did the same about an alignment which was not true. I had to take my car in for regular EV service and some recall issues. The technicians knew what they were doing and did it quickly. That is not a given at a service center, particularly with EVs. I only recently moved to the area. My previous service center had no clue. I've also had other mechanic shops/service centers talk down to me because I'm a woman.
