Rushton was great to work with on our new Kia Telluride. Very friendly crew at Fowler Kia. Great coffee!
Disappointed. Brought my car in and outlined the issue. First I could tell they didn't start working on it until at least three hours in (and I'm waiting at the place). Asked the check in girl if I could show her the issue and she apparently didn't understand. Waited 4 hours for them to say there's no issue. I said I wanted to show the tech the issue to replicate it. It had the problem while I was showing it but he really didn't have a solution. Sales staff is amazing, service department is super helpful. Great deals and no back and forth deals, easy to talk to finance team.
Great service. Fixed my van under warranty and only paid my deductible. Also recommended additional services that I elected to have done or not done. Easy process and nice touch picking up my van that was washed and ready.
