READ BEFORE YOU SIGN ANY CONSENT FORM FROM THESE CROOKS!!!! See the attached forms I refused to sign. They tired to trick me into signing these on their I pad. Just because I’m homeless doesn’t mean I’m uneducated. SOMEONE AUDIT THIS PLACE! I was attempting to be seen for an antibiotic, that is it! These documents show you participate in psychiatric care, you allow people to have authority over any money you receive, over your medical care, it even shows that you participate in group therapy. I called 3 times and the same girl in the front answered, I told her I'm trying to set an appointment for my Aunt,she ask for her name and DOB,I gave it to her she said it's not in the system,I told her I called yesterday and refilled her prescriptions using the same info and she said sorry nothing in the system,I said okay can I set an appointment and she said no,she said I would have to come to the clinic to set an appointment.I called again to see if I get another person and I got her again,then she said u have to call to... read more

You get what you do or don't pay for. Lots of misinformation and indirect communication by phone and in-person, apparently even between people who work there. Lots of conflicting information, lack of follow-through. You have to do a lot of the work and information gathering if you don't want to come back 7 times to complete many tasks, apparently. The people in the pharmacy are pretty great, though they did just switch to a new system and told me my as-needed refills needed a doctor's approval this week by mistake. This was ... read more
