Dr. Dev and the team are excellent and are so good with all of the animals. We have been going to Dr. Dev for many years after he was able to diagnose an issue with one of our dogs that multiple other vets were unable to determine. The care and compassion from all at Fourth Line Animal Hospital is second to none and we would never trust our dogs with anyone else.
Dr Dev is a good doctor but his staff and the other vets are unprofessional, they ganged up against me for being 5 mins late to the clinic and denied treatment, although I explained my situation that I live far off and that I have a toddler at home. They spent about 20 mins having an altercation with me rather than attending to my dog. On certain occasions I have noticed that they overcharge, every time I take my dog for an ear infection it costs me 350$ per visit. We had been bringing our dog here for some time, but our experience has been disappointing. After moving from Oakville to Burlington, we stayed local to this clinic despite the extra drive, but they were not understanding when we had delays getting to appointments with a sick dog. Instead of focusing on the dog’s well-being, the staff chose to lecture and pressure us, which felt unnecessary and unhelpful during an already stressful time. Dr. Dev and his team are highly knowledgeable and caring. Dr. Dev was my dog’s veterinarian from the time he joined our family as a puppy till his last day. I would highly recommend Dr. Dev and Fourth Line Animal Hospital. Dr. Dev is very understanding, and tries to explain the issue in a manner that is easy to understand.
