As a landlord, almost every activity that I expected expertise and responsibility on was lacking. Had to ultimately choose another firm because of the sheer ineptitude. 0 stars. Don't expect them to call you back if there is a serious conversation to be had.
Eyra has been amazing to work with compared to our last rental home. She made the application process efficient, low stress and quick. I also appreciate that they have an app that gives us complete visibility into our agreement and can easily make payments. Seems like a great property management company!
