Not only were we passed around to different account managers with no clear communication about who was supporting us, but when we were finally paired with Trisha Thomas, she could not have cared less about the success of our conversion. Pancho Rosmis is a master of sales; he has a rare gift for translating complex info into something digestible for both me and my end users. I hired Fourlane to help the company I work for to transition our accounting software. At first it was going well even though their pricing is EXORBITANT. They charge for absolutely everything, including time to correspond with you over and over as they kept changing the representative that I was working with because my previous representative was no longer working there.
