Had a great experience with Fourlane. I wanted to purchase Quickbooks software from them, and within minutes of submitting my info in their website, Pancho called me. It was a very quick call, he was knowledgeable, and I got set up within 24 hours. He responded to my emails and calls promptly and got everything taken care of. Would definitely work with them again.
If I could give zero stars, I would. Fourlane — specifically Trisha Thomas — was a nightmare to deal with. Not only were we passed around to different account managers with no clear communication about who was supporting us, but when we were finally paired with Trisha Thomas, she could not have cared less about the success of our conversion. I hired Fourlane to help the company I work for to transition our accounting software. At first it was going well even though their pricing is EXORBITANT. They charge for absolutely everything, including time to correspond with you over and over as they kept changing the representative that I was working with because my previous representative was no longer working there.
