I hired Fourlane to help the company I work for to transition our accounting software. At first it was going well even though their pricing is EXORBITANT. They charge for absolutely everything, including time to correspond with you over and over as they kept changing the representative that I was working with because my previous representative was no longer working there. We had a great experience working with Fourlane, especially Denise. She helped us tackle a very large and very old QuickBooks Desktop file (14+ years old and over 7GB), which was no small task. WOULD NOT SUGGEST!! I don't even want to give them 1 star. We used Fourlane for our conversion to QBO in June. What an absolute nightmare. I have spent the last 6 months undoing and fixing all of the stuff they completely botched. We paid them thousands of dollars and then I had to go back and correct it. If they didn't know what they were doing why not just say so and save time amd money? So damn frustrating.
Fourlane is an absolute joke of a company. After spending thousands of dollars for them to help us switch over our books, they ultimately could not deliver on what they said they would do. It was an absolute nightmare and they kept pointing the blame on us, their PAYING customer!! If I could give zero stars I would. They were extremely rude and did not take accountability for anything.
