LOOK ELSEWHERE! Just had a call to inquire about Intuit IES training and support. Spoke with Mary. Trying to get pricing and info on services was like pulling teeth and she was quite snarky. Who is the Client and who is the vendor here? She refused to give me pricing at first. When I pushed for at least some semblance of pricing all I got was "$3000 to start, as a retainer". They stated that they could take my 2026 SAGE 50 file and convert it into a Quick Books file for $2100.00. They said that there may be a need for some items to be cleaned up afterwards. After months, the file they sent me is not even usable. Pretty much customers and vendor contact files came over without any issues. All invoices that had sales tax were turned into another item without tax. Total waste of money and time. If you are thinking of making the change from Sage to Quickbooks. I'm really unhappy with the experience I had with them. Their sales process is great and you do get initial attention up front but that is really all Majorie and her team are interested in. We attempted to maintain a professional relationship with them and thought that the services would improve.
