I have always been nervous about companies where the reviews looked staged, and the marks are just a little to high. This was the case with Fourlane, beware of this company! We are a medical tech company from Portland and have had the worst experience with this accounting firm. They run on sales, not service. So once the contract is signed- you are an afterthought. Working with Fourlane was a disaster. After seven 1-hour calls with the Fourlane team and payments of $11,760 plus $599 no one at Fourlane, including the main partner, Laura Davidsen, had any idea how to deploy our accounting software. We had just a few simple cost accounting concerns and Fourlane was unable to figure out how to accomplish that. We have since moved on to another partner and are successfully deploying our software.
