Working with Fourlane was a disaster. After seven 1-hour calls with the Fourlane team and payments of $11,760 plus $599 no one at Fourlane, including the main partner, Laura Davidsen, had any idea how to deploy our accounting software. We had just a few simple cost accounting concerns and Fourlane was unable to figure out how to accomplish that. We have since moved on to another partner and are successfully deploying our software. Had a very disappointing experience dealing with Fourlane and would not recommend them. Instead of providing what I originally asked for, they sold me an $800.00 "assessment" which essentially turned into a paid opportunity for Fourlane to try to sell $20K worth of additional services that I never asked for (while at the same time not including key elements that I had originally requested). We hired Fourlane to help us convert 2 QuickBooks Pro files to Enterprise. We were very disappointed with their inability to provide clear communication. The gave us multiple project plans that conflicted in timeline and cost, then they charged us for the time it took them to clarify their plans with us. I would never recommend this company under any circumstances.
Brittany Ross was absolutely terrific. It was a completely satisfying experience.
Their service is sadly lacking. I purchased their all encompassing Quickbooks only to find out it really doesn't cover any QB Online only the Desktop. NOTHING on their site says this to warn you ahead of time. For various reasons I ended up needing to pay for the kit via my bank account instead of with a credit card. That was a mistake. They won't mail my refund check back until 2 WEEKS has passed stating this is to make sure my check has cleared.
