Summary: Fourlane is a winner for me, and for you. I'm a doctor. No formal finance, business or accounting education. I was somewhat petrified by needing to learn Quickbooks. CAUTION - Poor customer Service. Fourlane contacted me last year to help me reduce my QuickBooks monthly cost by 20%. The cost was lowered but the previous monthly fee was still charged to my credit card for another 10 months ($6,549), this is in addition to the new discounted rate. I have been asking for assistance from Fourlane for over a month now, and nothing has been done. Switching to Fourlane has had a great cost.
Lori at Fourlane has helped greatly with QuickBooks Desktop. Lori is great at explaining how to do the things that I have questions about. I would highly recommend Fourlane and Lori especially.
I have always been nervous about companies where the reviews looked staged, and the marks are just a little to high. This was the case with Fourlane, beware of this company! We are a medical tech company from Portland and have had the worst experience with this accounting firm. They run on sales, not service. So once the contract is signed- you are an afterthought.
