The neighbors are mostly quiet. The complex is over run by opossums at night since almost every building has bags of trash outside daily. The staff isn't welcoming or helpful. The maintenence here is horrible!!! I'm told it's because they only have one person on staff for the entire complex. I've had drain issues and AC problems since i moved in. More recently, my AC has been broken for a week in 99° heat but when I call the office I'm just told work is done on a priority basis. And no follow ups are ever made. Over all I wo... read more
Moved out after three years. Worst place ever!!!!! The week I moved in, the sewage overflowed on the sidewalk, this happened all the time! We paid a 200.00 dollar deposit. Can't explain where that went. When we moved out, they tried to Bill us for every little thing you can imagine.(even though they always told us we had the cleanest apartment there!) and God forbid you hang a picture on the wall- they will charge you for a nail hole. Worst apt place ever lived. They stuck me in an apt I never would of rented. SHADY PLACE
JUST MOVED IN THE BEGINNING OF SEPTEMBER!! OFFICE STAFF MAKES UP LIES JUST TO GET YOU TO LEASE THERE THEN CLAIM THEY DONT REMEMBER WHAT THEY SAID, THEY DONT KNOW WHATS GOING ON IN THEIR OWN OFFICE AND MISPLACE IMPORTANT PAPER WORK, AND ARE BEYOND RUDE!!!! ILL BE GOING TO GIVE THEM A PIECE OF MY MIND REAL SOON!!!!! HOW DONT YOU KNOW THE NAME OF YOUR CONTRACTOR??? IF YOU WOULD HAVE FIXED WHAT I LISTED BEFORE I MOVED IN WE WOULDN'T HAVE THIS PROBLEM! !!
I lived there . The staff is very friendly and have reasonable rates.
