they got one employee tried to run me over than gets out of truck like I was my fault lol trash
Horrible place to live... I always had problems with them turning off the lights or water without notifying you and went I left the apartment they tried to charge me $450 for new carpet n deflea/deodorize saying "there was evidence of a pet odor" which I never had a pet EVER in any apartment... they also said they replaced the carpet due to age n only charged me a portion... I don't see how I get footed the bill after all these tenants lived there... my brother lived there n his apt got flooded from back up sewage n his apt ... read more
REAL SHITTY PLACE TO LIVE! OVER CHARGE FOR EVERYTHING! FIXING THINGS IS TRULY HALF ASS.THE WEBSITE SHOWS PICTURES OF SOME FAKE PLACE NOT EVEN FOUR WINDS THEY ARE SO FAKE. I LEFT IN FEB.2018 LEFT THE VERY CLEAN AND THEY ARE CHARGING CRAZY AMOUNT OF MONEY THEY SAY I OWE. NOT GOING TO HAPPEN!
I have been living at Four Winds for the past 5 years, I have nothing but good things to say about this place. First I live in a two bedroom apartment for only $850 a month, that is a steal for Corpus Christi, TX! The staff in the front office are always friendly and nice and have always treated myself and other residents with respect and kindness. Every-time I go to the office the staff always greet me with a smile and have helped with whatever issues I may have or just chit chat with me while I wait for one of my packages ... read more
So Sunday around 6 pm my a/c motor blew up in my apartment after many calls to maintenance I finally get a call back I know we just had a hurricane and it's Labor Day weekend so I understand it being an inconvenient time but my whole apt was smoking and fire detectors blaring, black smoke coming from the air vents well the older maintenance man comes and tells us to call an a/c specialist that he's just the underdog and can't help us he then left sat in his car in front of my apt for about 20/30 mins then did not return any ... read more
I lived on four winds apts for so many years , yes its true what they say , there is trash always on the side walk but it cause lazy people didn't take it to the dumpsters, and the staff , blanca and Janet not sure if they still ther are the best , people complaining about every thing, the only thing i can agree wit others is the use to turn off the water frequently but it was to fix something not to be mean , i live there for maybe like 4 to 5 yeas not sure but for me it was the best place , i do miss u12 apt .
Lived there for a year. I lived in the townhomes in front of the office. When it rained I had a massive leak in the upstairs master bedroom. Then the downstairs started leaking. So a maintenance guy came to fix and all he did was paint the ceiling in the master bedroom to cover up the mold. It rained again and it continued to leak. The roof never got fixed. Then my townhome was burglarized 3 times. Made me pay for the broken window the burglars broke. They are supposed to give you a new air filter for your a/c and their excu... read more
I am currently a resident here at the four winds going on for years have not had problems with the office or with maintenance
Absolutely terrible. Honestly, the only reason they have good rates is because they have such bad reviews. People have no choice to go for the best price. This place charged me for maintenance work they had to fix while i lived there. Over 1000 in charges they told me i owed to them and i was only there 9 months. I wish i would have realy listened to the reviews before i moved in here. IT IS NOT WORTH IT AT ALLLLL!!
