Very disappointed with their services. We've had them out to our office SEVERAL times to fix issues and more always seem to arise. We had them out in April to fix our A/C and it worked for the last month and half before stopping. When we had someone come out yesterday, they said our "vents were closed" and that's why they weren't working. Our vents are on the ceiling and no one can even reach to touch them nor had they been touched the day the A/C went out. When we called to discuss the issue it was no to avail. Great Service AC went down, we thought we needed a new one, Four Suns came out within a few hours of calling, changed a part (capacitor) and the price was much lower then I anticipated. Tech advised the system has a few years left which gives us time to save for a new system. We will use Four Suns again and recommend them to anyone. The Tech was very friendly and answered all my questions and gave me great tips to keep my ac/furnace working better.
Great Experience My furnace kicked out late last evening and I tried calling a variety of different companies in hopes of getting it fixed as soon as possible. I only got one other company to even answer and their pricing was outrageous. Thank goodness that these guys answered and came out and fixed the problem right away. My heat is back up and working like new. I highly recommend these guys.
