My bf and I rented a property in Georgetown. During the walk through, everything was filthy, walls had peeled paint and holes in the walls, and the fence had large gaps. We assumed everything would be fixed prior to moving in. No. Nothing patched or painted. Fence still had huge gaps even though we had dogs. Several fixtures and outlets were non functioning. I'm a professional business owner here in Savannah Ga. I do many different things here in the city. I called Four Star Property Management office on May 22, 2019 to offer one of my profitable ventures. It was understanding if they weren't interested, but a gentleman answered the phone and was extremely rude to me. I found it to be unnecessary.
