Fantastic job as always - honest, reasonable, fast service.
Great Service and fast Turn Around! Took my 2001 Honda CRV to 4 star and they knew right away what the problem was and had the car up and running in less than three hours. They did not try to sell me add on repairs which is typical of most auto repair shops. The service is excellent, reasonable and fair pricing. We own two Hondas and they will have my repair business in the future.
Long Time Customer I have taken my Hondas and Acuras to Four Star for close to twenty years. Both of my kids have used Acuras because of my influence and my faith in Four Star to maintain them. Four Star also checked them out before purchase for free.
Most trustworthy mechanic in town We have taken an Accord and Odyssey there since 1999. They have always been very accommodating with information as well as worked to fit our schedule. What I appreciate most about Earl and Ken is that they aren't worried about doing every single service on your car.
A+ Earl, Ken and their crew are top-notch. My family has had them work on our Hondas and Acuras for 20 years now.
A plus I recently made a trip to west Texas, so before leaving took my 2007 Honda Civic to Four Star for an oil change and to be checked over. As always, what a pleasant experience. The owner, Mr Creekmore, and everyone who works there, go out of their way to be accommodating and helpful. It's so nice to have a place to take my car where I can be sure that the work will be done well and I will be dealt with honestly. I have gone there for several years and have and will continue to recommend them.
Extremely Rude and Insulting MINUS ZERO STAR RATING: On August 13, 2010 I took my car to Four Star for a recommended "factory maintenance service". I have a 2003 Acura 3.2TL Honda and have used Four Star for several years on regular general maintenance service and recommended factory maintenance service and have never had any problems with this company until now. 4 Star gets 5 Stars I have been taking my Honda Civic and Acura Integra since 2000. Earl the owner and Ken the mechanic are always polite and respectful. I would not think about taking my cars tot he dealers. 4 Star has always charged me a fair price for my repairs and parts. Also, on two occasions two different parts failed within the warranty period and 4 Star installed the new parts with not charge for the labor. Great automovite shop and fine people.
Totally Lacking Respect for Customer I am not complaining about the quality of their work. I'm sure it is good. Their customer relations though are -1 on the star chart. My owners manual specifically calls only for 5W-20 oil. They put in 10W-30 and claimed I was insulting their integrity when I asked about it.
