I really like all the providers at Four Seasons and everyone is super friendly. But y’all need to allocate more time between appointments or do your scheduling better. My appointment today was for 9.50am. I arrived 5 minutes early and waited until 10.10 to go in - no big deal. Did my urine sample and had my blood pressure taken. By 10.15am I was in the room waiting for my GBS swab (meaning I had no bottoms on). I waited until 10.55 for a dr to come and see me. Ive never had a problem with the med staff before, but in my last appointment (made the previous day for serious concerns/complications, not routine) was seen by a PA I have never met before who laughed about my very serious concerns and invalidated absolutely everything I was saying. Downplayed every concern, the exam, and ultrasound to "nothing" and "normal", telling me I just had a "Negative Feedback Loop", tried to prescribed nerve pain meds, and have me come back for 1 month F/U with my actual physician I've had for 8 y... read more
Were horrible to my sister. She ended up switching at 36 weeks because they shamed her for wanting to deliver at a specific hospital. No pregnant woman should be shamed by a doctor for their decisions, especially not to the point where they have to scramble to find a new doctor
RecommendedPhenomenal doctors, nurses, and staff in general! They are caring and genuine. Loved every single doctor I saw there while pregnant. They even came to the hospital at 2 am to check on me & my baby when I was in a car accident while pregnant. Wonderful doctors!
I had my very first visit this week with Betsy. She was so kind, listened to me and my fears, and helped me make a plan for the future. Her nurse I don’t remember her name (sorry!) was fantastic as well. They made an extremely awkward situation (at least to me) not awkward and I’m looking forward to having them help me with my health care!
Dr. Boren, Melissa, Theresa, Christina, and the whole staff are so caring, friendly , and professional. I highly recommend them for your women’s health needs.
Friendliest and most compassionate drs I've ever had! This is my 4th and last pregnancy and wish I would have come to 4 Seasons with my other three.
