When our downstairs AC unit stopped working the morning of our son's birthday, we were so sure we wouldn't be able to find someone to repair it that we canceled our family party. Fortunately I had seen a Groupon for FSHS, so we gave them a call. They had a tech, Chris, out within hours and BEFORE the time frame they originally quoted. I will definitely call Four Seasons in the future! They are 7 days a week, so incredibly nice and honest, and fixed a problem on a Sunday that was messed up by the AC company our home warranty company sent out. I will recommend Four Seasons to anyone that needs AC help for sure. Thank you!
I have to say this Four Seasons is most Definately 5 stars from the top down. From the owner to the tech that arrived at my home. All of them gave me customer service that I haven't experienced with any other company prior. They kept me informed with every step and explained every procedure prior to doing any service. The owner and wife Kevin and Jessica Morriston and tech,,very very professional and informative. I give 5 stars and 2 thumbs up!!
