Four Seasons put me in a brand new unit I had to call him back every year to recharge it they finally sent somebody out that knew what he was doing repaired it on something they installed they charged me $254
Apparently my old review was removed. Do not recommend. They put in too small of a blower fan so we're freezing or baking depending on the season. pulled lines loose on areas of the house that has no crawl space so I deal with $400 electric bills using window units and area heaters. Put one bad review not even going into this much detail and when my husband called for some maintenance the owner got on the phone with him and told him since I put a bad review to never call again. Great service. When my furnace went out in the night, I called and got their answering service and left a message. They called me back at 8:05right when they opened. I had a technician at my house by 9:05 and heat again by 10. The technician checked to see if my furnace was still under warranty. It was so I only had to pay for the labor. Thanks so much 4 Seasons Heating and. Cooling.
Would not recommend. My parents have used this company for many years. I was house sitting tonight and their furnace had stopped working. I saw the 4 Seasons sticker on the thermostat that said 24 hour service and thought I was saved. I called at 6:20 pm and they would NOT come even when I questioned them about 24 hour service and the fact it was going to get down to 11 degrees. Shame on you!!! Thanks to Lonnie Nave’s Service Co. for coming to the rescue.
Four Seasons installed a ductless system in our sunroom. A miscommunication, that was my fault, caused a lot of extra work for the guys but they gladly changed the work order to make sure it was exactly what we envisioned. The system looks and performs even better than we hoped. I can't say enough good things about this company and their employees!
Nothing but positive. The installers and technition were very nice and awnsered all of my questions and took time to explain everything. VERY Satisfied with them.
