I'm in tears. I gave them my shearling jacket for cleaning and one small rip repair and got it back with the material practically deteriorated and full of holes. I asked them before I gave it to them if they were ok with vintage material and they said yes. Now my jacket is ruined. It was my grandfathers and he is dead now, so this is truly heartbreaking. I tried calling to report this and a manager has not been in.

I am a new customer and sent a trench coat to them to be cleaned. It came back with a broken button. I called and spoke with a woman who very nicely offered they would replace it (which they don't usually do) because I was a new customer. So I sent it back. When it was returned to me, I was charged for dry cleaning a second time, the button was not fixed, and they ruined the leather on the belts that were attached.
