Terrible management. Extremely rude and unaccountable
If I could give zero stars I would. The management to this place is AWFUL. They raised the association fee and still don't do their job, so where is our money going to? We have called them MULTIPLE times regarding the washer and dryer in our unit. They keep telling us they will send someone over to look at it. They have said this about 5 times and nothing has been done. The last time it was used, it completely shut off mid wash and clothes were soaking wet. Awful management. Don't respond. Pool closed all summer as they had no plan or spare parts. Not looking for any either. Lazy. I've asked them to remove a tree for 2 years that has torn gutter and soffit off but no response. Stay away. They will screw you.
