How rude! – I was looking for a new dry clean and based on the reviews; I decided to try Four Seasons. The experience was extremely mixed. Some clothes were cleaned well but once I took my clothes home I noticed that one of my shirts had tears in the back of it. When I brought it to their attention, they denied doing it. Then the owner admitted to it (stating it happened during the cleaning process) but said it was my housekeeper's fault (due to how it was previously laundered). Won't go anywhere else – They're pricey, but absolutely worth it. They've never lost or ruined any of my clothes, very knowledgeable about identifying and treating stains, reliable turnaround time, and are accomodating for quick turnaround requests and lost tickets. A family owned and operated small business, the service is both efficient and friendly. The owner works on site and has an uncanny ability to remember every customer's name from the first visit. terrible service, condescending – They used to be great but now they are too big and treat the customers terribly. I've stopped going since the quality of work has fallen way down and the prices have risen way up

Dependable Cleaners! – There are very few times that I can say I've had a flawless experience with a dry cleaners. However, after five years of consistent quality work and dependable service, there is no doubt that Four Seasons Cleaners is the best in Southern California.

Better than all the rest... – I was recommended to Four Seasons a partner in big Century City law firm. When he told me that he sends his cleaning to Four Seasons -- I knew that this must have been some dry cleaners. Four Seasons is hands down the best... – I have visited cleaners all over West Hollywood and Beverly Hills to find the one cleaners that offers the complete package. To my surprise, very few have met the high level of cleaning that Four Seasons has been able to consistently provide for my family. I have three kids that are constantly staining our table cloths, sheets, and their clothes. Best in Town – I have lived in Los Angeles for the past five years working in the entertainment industry as an agent. I have tried several cleaners in the west hollywood area that claim to be the best but did not deliver on thier claims. After giving Four Season a few of my suits to dry clean, I found that the level of service and quality of cleaning was impeccable.
