We had our maintenance service done today. The technician was Kalab! He was absolutely fabulous and informative! At this time of uncertainty and fear, not only he showed up today, but also made sure to wipe after himself and everything he touched with disinfecting wipes. He also cleaned/removed some dog hair accumulated on the back of the outside unit for us, and explained to my husband all involved with the AC in a very detail manner. He knew his stuff!
