A building supposed to be full of healthcare works. But there isn't one educated or professional person in this entire place. I've never understood the point of clinics that can not do anything for you about anything. They do t even ask questions. They had decided before I even got there I wasn't gay, black or trans so they weren't gonna treat me.
I take my children here they see Elizabeth Bland. From reception to nurses, to doctors, and social workers this place is amazing! They are always so nice and caring and we are like family now. Bland is the best doctor we have ever had and she does what's best for my girls ALWAYS. If I need anything questions concerns she is 100 percent there for us. When we have had problems with the school for mental health she was right there to stand behind us and do what was best for my baby even though the school couldn't understand. I ... read more
The most devastating experience of my life. I reached out to this so called medical facility in search of some kind of help during an extremely scary situation. They offered no help or kindness of any kind.The most awful "nurses" and no doctors in this place. Completely unprofessional!!!! Not what anyone should expect from a doctors office. I visited Four Rivers at a very scary and vulnerable time in my life. They refused to treat me, the belittled and berated me and put me back on the street with no help and no answers.
They refused to treat me because I am straight and white.
