This hotel assistant general manager Ms Yvonne is very unprofessional rude nasty do not know how to talk or deal with the public need to have her people skills polished up I do not understand how she has that position with the skills she have. My experience at the property was horrible i was in town for a family member funeral was not accommodated at all booked a king suite room on a higher floor had to ask for it from the rude associate by name of Evan like it seems to be a problem me asking for the room i booked . Erica at the front desk was incredibly accommodating and patient when I realized I had messed up the dates of our stay. She handled everything professionally and made the process stress-free. The location was perfect—less than a mile from the FSU campus. The rooms were clean, the beds were comfortable, and overall it was a great experience!
