Not at all impressed. Rooms/bathrooms outdated. Had to call maintenance twice for how to work shower + ice maker. On a road trip w/my fam and pup. Super excessive pet fee $100 When I told manager that was very high compared to other hotels he could care less. Had a horrible night sleep ac not cooling, bed small, pillows and comforter not quality. Told them at checkout they again did not care.
The front desk were friendly. The room was super dark and road next to my room was too noisy for me to sleep.
The Four Points by Sheraton is a decent accommodation for Tallahassee, but the service takes it over the top for a great stay. Fritz was a great host and made us feel welcome right away. His knowledge and experience of the college vibe and local surroundings made us feel equipped for the local visit. Thank you Fritz for the must needed hospitality. If my daughter decides to attend college in this area, we’ll be back here for your the southern hospitality. -Nicole
