A tired asset at a great location. At the time we came, one of the two elevators was not working and was not repaired in a week. The parking entrance didn’t have a functioning lock on one day. The rooms are smelly and musty and you can see that the hotel is not properly maintained or cared for. However it’s come not you located near FSU and has a pool
Overcharged our credit card more than their own receipt. We made our reservation with Hotels.com for a specific rate including taxes. We stayed there 2 nights and received a receipt upon checkout. They charged our credit card $30+ after we left. Hotels.com won't help and this hotel is not ethical. Never again.
Room was outdated and in need of a remodel . Rug needed to be cleaned and furniture in the room needed a makeover. Room was quite small too.Otherwise the room was acceptable. Bed was comfortable and the staff seemed to be nice .
