The new supervisor has great customer service
Over charged for the room and excuses. Excuses.
Rooms could use an upgrade especiallythe beds. Service is excellent, and people are super nice and helpful
I’m a loyal Bonvoy frequent traveler (70 plus nights per year) and this property is a particularly nice example of what the Four-point brand should be like but has some modest shortcomings. The property has a great bar on the first floor and i love the layout. They charge extra for a relatively basic breakfast buffet that other properties might offer for free. They do have free parking.
