Customer service was excellent especially when I inadvertently demagnetized my key and a wonderful employee who was nearby jumped into action to resolve the issue for me. The room had plenty of space, the bed slept well and the shower had the right amount of pressure. Breakfast was just right too.
The room was spacious. Their driver Harvey wss awesome! I pulled my achilles tendon and he drove me to the drug store to pick up nessary supplies for my trip home. I usually dont leave reviews. But he made all the difference when it come to comfort and a good nights rest.
I loved that my bed was so comfy I didn't want to go get my breakfast in the morning... and it was quiet very quiet for this Bus Driver to Rest!!! And that's important!!!

Was upset with being woken up at 5:19 in the morning by unruly children but that is not the hotel's fault. We were there for a football tournament and so were they bu the coach had the 7-8 year olds running down the hall. I opened my door because one child kept banging and he fell into my room ... I asked housekeeping to only replace my towels because I do not like people in my room but they entered anyways and changed the sheets that I specifically asked them not to do.
