Great venue, great service
Called down to pull my shuttle service up by 20 minutes. Made the front desk clerk aware of that an hour prior. Called back down 5 min before van time she said the van was still there. When I got down... no van. She was helping another guest so I waited and asked her if the van was on property. She called but van was already on its way and it was right at 11:20 (van departure time). Then she gets snippy with me about not being down on time where I was there exactly on time and I had called once before. I even asked the drive... read more
