I made an appointment to bring our new rescue puppy to see Dr. Rubinstein just to get checked out and make sure he was in good health. Everyone was kind and helpful from the front desk staff who answered the phone and scheduled our appointment to Dr. Rubinstein and his staff. Every person we encountered at the office was pleasant and accommodating. They gave us tons of new puppy tips which we needed. Just took our baby girl (Cali) to Four Paws for dental issue-Staff was wonderful and Dr. Rubenstein is great. Didn't feel uncomfortable or like they didn't care about our baby. It's hard to find some vets who show compassion like an owner does, but they do and you can tell it's genuine. She is scheduled to have teeth pulled next week due to being abcessed. I would highly recommend Four Paws. Thank you for being 1 of few vet offices who TRULY care about animals. You guys are Great!!
When I moved here from Michigan in July, I was sure I'd never find another vet as outstanding as mine back home. I was wrong. From the first simple, routine visit, everyone at Four Paws has been fantastic. Recently my dog had a medical emergency while I was on the phone with the office, and Dr. Smithson was amazing. She kept me as calm as possible, talked me through everything, and facilitated my visit to the nearest emergency vet clinic.
