While the grooming seemed to be acceptable, the customer service was deplorable. Kayla (whom I met when I dropped off Roscoe) was excellent and assured me that Roscoe would have a great time. However, when I picked up Roscoe 3 days later, the ladies at the front desk made it obvious that they didn't want him to come back. They told me that my dog was aggressive. Hi Adan, I sincerely apologize that you feel Roscoe wasn't welcomed. He most certainly was and will always be, He was a wonderful resident here and enjoyed his stay with us humans. We did try him on his playday 2/6 and upon the introduction he did show some aggressive behavior with a male dog in our play group twice. Unfortunately for the safety of our pets we weren't able to proceed with the playgroup in which you were not charged for. Malcolm is new to Doggie daycare. I can honestly tell you he gets so excited when we pull into the parking lot and he sees the other dogs � . He truly loves and enjoys going. Mommy loves� it to because it allows him to burn off lots of energy!!

Every staff member is great. They are friendly, professional and really care about the dogs. Great place for Boarding and for Daycare. The groomers are very talented. You will not be disappointed.

Took my chihuahua, Zoë, there for the first time this morning. She came home happy, clean and smelling fresh. They did a wonderful job on my princess.

Picked my pup up from his 4 day / 3 night stay at Four Paws Only. He was a happy pup, and the staff all commented on how sweet and how good he was. LOVE that they take and post photos each day. Rusty will definitely be back if I ever go on a vacation again. And I'm going to try to find a way to get him to go to daycare every once in a while.
