I really appreciate 4 PAWS, my dogs often stay and always come back relaxed and happy. I'm in the military and travel often and 4 PAWS has been nothing less than amazing with there costumer care and helpful attitude towards any special circumstance I may have...I will be sad to let them go when I move and can only hope to find another boarding and doggy day care like them:)! Keep up the excellent customer and animal care, you guys are great!
This place was dirty and had a horrible smell during my tour, due to dogs sitting in urine and stool while the kennel lady was smoking a cigarette. I also witnessed their "daycare" employees KICKING THE DOG for barking, over heard one employee telling another a man who worked there HITS the dogs in the face if they don't stop barking. I would truly NEVER take my animal to a place as horrible as this one. If they will do that in front of a potential customer what would they do behind closed doors. Hello Sara Micheal, I'm sorry that you feel that way about us. Though I'm unsure as to when you came in for your tour. I'm at a loss for words to address this but am amazed at the accusations here. We have security cameras running 24 hours, if there was anyone hitting, kicking or hurting any of our clients I assure you, they would be dealt with, however, we don't have issues such as those. In kennel, at times there can be an odor which is why we have the facility cleaned (each kennel, the floors, as well as the drains) daily... read more

Love Four Paws Only! We have had a few grooming issues in the past with our very wiggly Maltese, Beamer, but he looks absolutely perfect! Excellent customer service as well...I had no idea how to book an appointment and the lady on the phone was very sweet and patient with me. We took our 6 yr old Maltese and our 7 month old Lab/Shepherd and we are 100% satisfied! Would definitely use them again!

Horrible customer service and the treatment my dogs received..well let's just say I WILL NEVER take my dogs there again and DEFINITELY will not recommend.
