All the doctors at Four Paws are amazing with our animals. Full respect and understanding for your needs. They are concerned about the wellness of your pet. I highly recommend them!
I will say I love Dr Jenner! She is an amazing Dr! The only problem is the people at kennelwood! They are rude and just very snotty people! I almost switched vets today if it wasn't for Dr Jenner.

Took our puppies for surgery. Surgery went well but the desk girl told us the wrong dosage for med and now on our way to ER. Four Paws was not concerned and did not have time for us because they were closing. How unprofessional is that? Our daughter has also had trouble with them. We will not go back! That mistake will cost us $1600.00 and we may lose both puppies. I am so sad that they were so uncaring. The AEC at Collinsville is wonderful and caring!
Dr. Jessen has been my vet for many years. He is the best vet I have ever known. I trust him implicitly with all of my animals.
Four Paws is the best! Dr Jessen has repaired both of Mr Benzley's knees. He took the cast off of his back left knee today!!!! Dr Jessen did surgery on Mr Benzley's right knee earlier this year after he tore it jumping off our big bed---it is just like new and I know this one will be just the same!!!!
