Dr Jenner is caring and has been the best veteran for my cats. I have been taking all my boys there since moving to Belleville in 2011. The staff is friendly and always helpful.
I took my dog here for a second opinion for sores on my dogs feet that were bleeding nonstop for 2 weeks. They prescribed 2 medications and said if it was not better in 2 weeks, they would do a biopsy. I loved how friendly the tech and vet were and they didnt push a biopsy first. They identified the virus and were happy to provide me with an article on the specific virus. Very happy to call this our new vet!
I was not impressed. I was very aggravated they did not even offer to look at my 15wk old puppy. I understand they were closing, but at least take the time to look. What if it was life or death?? #petsshouldcomefirst
I have several friends who go to Four Paws and love it. I have tried to go there now twice and have not been impressed. The customer service is terrible and they don't seem to want to help when there is a problem. My puppy was bleeding from her incision and they directed us to go elsewhere because they close in 25 minutes. They did not go above and beyond for a potential new customer.
The staff is warm and friendly and they have always taken excellent care of all the animals in my family. Love them! They go above and beyond just visiting the vet, they make you feel like family.
Dr. Jessen is THE.BEST. He is so good with my chocolate lab, who is 12 so she needs special senior care. He also took care of our previous dog many years ago and he did a successful surgery on her. This is a wonderful place to take your beloved pets!
