If I could give them more then 5 Stars I would. A couple of months ago I lost my Dachshund to kidney failure and they were absolutely incredible. They truly understood the loss me and my family were experiencing. Every staff member was professional, empathetic, caring and understanding. They took care of Buster to the best of their ability and beyond. I will never take my pets to another provider. I extend my sincerest thanks to Dr. Jim and the entire staff!
I love them they are nice and super friendly my dog diamond loves to go see them and they be even happier to see her love what they are doing love how they keep it nice and clean and welcome you with open arms
We have been at Four Paws with Dr. Boellmeier for 15 years! He lays out every option for our care and gives us the best and worst case scenario...allowing me to ask all of the in betweens. All without rushing us to decide. He knows that we pet parents love our kids. Cancer took two of my cats and Dr. Boellmeier was there at the end for each giving his time, when he could have been off the clock, and not rushing our grief. In a tough time, I am so happy we had picked Four Paws to be our family dogs vet. Dr Bedard and the staff have seen our pups since moving here almost 4 years ago. A week ago last Thursday we had to make the sudden decision to let our almost 13 year old lab go. While it was a tough decision to make, Dr. Bedard and the staff were very caring and understanding to me being distraught. We recently found Four Paws when one of our 11 yr old labs was having an issue with her rear leg. After finding it was cancer and she had minimal time with us, we had several appts with Dr. Bedard. She was very thorough with us, even referring us to VSS in MO for more detailed information. Unfortunately, the cancer was too aggressive and we had to let her go. Every staff member I've ever dealt with at Four Paws has been FANTASTIC, especially Dr.Jessen !!! They treat my sweet boy with the same love and care that he gets at home. I couldn't ask for anything better!!!!!
