Been here for a few months and I actually love my apartment. There were some issues in the beginning but the manager has been super quick to fix them! The washer and dryer is a plus also!

Well I have been a tenant of four oak's appartment complex for let's see here I guess six year's now, wow that is so long ago wow man do I feel old no just kidding but certainly the four oak's appartment's I am not really a big fan of the area of town 11th and Lewis part of town. It is not a great place to live now me, I make do. So now under new management this actually feeling well like a appartment's that are being managed by professionals and now I understand the urgency of having maintenance guy's of the four oak's well... read more
Dont move to these apartments they want fix anything. They come in when your not home make a mess and leave. There is no emergency line for anything. Trust me move right past these apartment you will be so happy you did. I am going through the wrost time of my life here. Can't run the air condition because they leak in the walls. Others apartment leak in to mine pluming backs up.No one will answer on the weekends my carpet stink because of the water. All they care about is the money. DONT MOVE HERE!!!!!
